Who runs this site
rayellin.com is operated for Ray Ellin ("we", "us"). For privacy questions, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Newsletter signup: the email address you submit. Stored alongside other comedy-tickets newsletter subscribers.
- Contact & booking forms: the name, email, phone number, and details you provide. Used only to respond to your inquiry.
- Basic analytics: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL) used to keep the site running and detect abuse.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact and newsletter forms. It collects information from your browser to determine whether you're human. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
What we don't collect
No third-party advertising trackers. No cookies beyond session-scoped UI state. We don't sell or share your information with marketers.
How we use it
- To send you Ray's tour and show updates if you signed up for them.
- To respond to questions you sent through the contact or booking form.
- To diagnose problems and improve the site. Logs are kept short-term and aren't attached to identifiable people.
Who we share it with
- SendGrid (Twilio) — delivers contact-form emails to Ray's inbox.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of the site to handle TLS, caching, and Turnstile.
- No one else.
Your rights
Email [email protected] and we'll show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Newsletter unsubscribe links are at the bottom of every email we send.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update the "updated" date at the top of the page.
