Terms
of Use
— The agreement between you and us when you use rayellin.com.
The basics
By using rayellin.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
Tickets & tour dates
rayellin.com lists Ray's scheduled appearances and links to ticket sales hosted by venues, ticketing platforms, and other third parties. Tickets you purchase through those external links are governed by the terms of the venue or platform selling them — refunds, exchanges, age restrictions, and entry policies are theirs, not ours.
Tour dates can change. We do our best to keep the schedule accurate, but the venue and ticket platform are the source of truth for the show on the day.
Booking inquiries
The booking form lets you ask about hiring Ray for an event. Submitting it isn't a contract — it's the start of a conversation. Anything binding will be in a separate written agreement.
Content
Photos, videos, copy, and the design on this site belong to Ray Ellin or his collaborators. Don't reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing (post a clip, link to the site — that's welcome).
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape the site or hammer the contact / newsletter forms.
- Don't impersonate anyone or submit false booking info.
- Don't try to break in, attack, or disrupt the site.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." Things break occasionally; we'll fix them when we notice. We don't promise the site will be available at all times or that the information will be perfect.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, neither Ray Ellin nor anyone working with him is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or anything you bought through links on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
